The Factory Events is a historic events venue with a bright, open interior and a beautifully curated private courtyard that provides the perfect backdrop to all of life’s celebrations. It is Northside’s first full-service event space offering both indoor and outdoor space, beverage service, valet, and a catering area. Grey Rock is pleased to have designed the space, overseen the 3-year renovation of the entire building and now operate the venue. This dynamic project, along with 12 artist studio spaces, makes up The Factory building, and allowed us to save and revitalize the historic Parks Machine Tool Co., originally built here in 1902.
